In addition to the mods, custom content, default replacements, package files, and third party programs mentioned below, I also used SimPE to replace the elder versions of the 28 default Maxis face templates with their adult counterparts. I have created several of my own mods, most of which I have not yet listed, as I have decided to only list the mods that I created that have been uploaded.
