We’re much more than just physical therapy, because we do much more than rehabilitate injuries. As healthcare costs continue to rise, many of our friends and neighbours are searching for ways to achieve optimal health more affordably. That’s why we offer maximum fitness and wellness programs and services at minimum cost, including:

Exercise Classes - We offer ongoing classes for small groups in Yoga, Pilates and Zumba. We also offer personal one-on-one fitness training with GRAVITY® training, Pilates and Yoga. Our trained instructors work closely with their clients to ensure their program is appropriate for them. They also have the resource of our physical therapy team in the event a client has a particular condition that requires special modifications. Here's what some of our clients are saying...

 

I started taking Angie’s Zumba and Gravity Strength classes 10 months ago after a long period of inactivity due to foot surgery and a cervical issue. I felt fatigued, weak and so out of shape. Zumba got me going again - not only was I smiling and having fun, I was burning some major calories and getting my sweat on to the tunes of some really good music. Angie’s choreography is fun and she presents it in a way that you can learn it. She also sets a very light-hearted tone that helps you forget how hard you’re working. Gravity Strength is also another amazing class. It’s the perfect complement to Zumba because I definitely feel stronger and more toned from it. Once again, Angie pushes me just to the right point, so that I can really get the most out of each class. She’s very motivating and also very knowledgeable in regards to body mechanics, so I feel like I am always in good hands! Now, I feel so much more energetic, stronger and much more fit. I definitely recommend her fitness classes.

Melanie’s yoga classes have done wonders for my physical, as well as spiritual being. She customizes each class for our individual needs and takes into account our varying degrees of ability. I leave every class with such a sense of peacefulness. Namaste!

Taking Rachael’s Zumba class is so much fun and is such a good workout. Be prepared to sweat and get your heart rate up. Her moves are creative and are fun to learn and do. It’s easy to forget what a workout you’re getting each time you go. I look forward to the next time I can take it!
